To program in Python, you will need two things:

  1. Python compiler
  2. Python Text Editor

You can determine what PC system you have by going to the Windows icon

Download the latest version of Python which will be the one at the top of the list.  Then click the INSTALLER file that works with your system (found in the system information area).

 

Double click on the download file and it will automaticallly install.  Then click FINISH to complete the installation.

 

Go to All Programs and you will see the Python Command Line
